Volleyball intramurals was our second intramural sport this year.

Rules:

-All teams must have at least 1 member of the opposite sex on court at all times

-Best of 3 games to 15 points.

Hockey Intramurals

Hockey intramurals, usually the last intramural sport of the year, has always been big at Alpha.

Rules

-Games will be 15 minutes long

-Any unnecessary roughness or stick infractions will result in a penalty; multiple penalties by the same player will result in ejection

-Only sticks with plastic blades may be used

Soccer Intramurals

Soccer is traditionally run as our 3rd intramural sport of the year, and is generally on of the most popular. Make sure to get your teams of 6 together and sign up!

Rules:

-Teams must consist of at least one member of the opposite sex

-Games will be two 10 minute halves

-Teams may not have more than 3 players currently on the Senior boys soccer team

-A performance bond of $5 per player on the roster must be attached to your sign up sheet when returned

Badminton Intramurals

Badminton is usually the first intramural season of the year. We play on doubles court rules.

Rules

Best of three; Games to 15.

If your team misses 3 or more unexcused games, you forfeit your performance bond.

Fencing with the rackets is not tolerated.

Both team captains report the score.
